Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Low Season: $1100/week (Jan,Feb,Aug,Sept)
Regular Season: $1250/week (May,Jun,Oct,Nov)
High Season: $1500/week (Mar,Apr,July,Nov22-28,Dec20-Jan2)
Pool Heat is an additional $25/day.
Prices do not include the 13% State and Tourist Taxes.
A cleaning fee of $125 is only applicable to stays less than 7 days

- Inside, our spacious, fully air-conditioned villa with its 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms sleeps up to 14 guests. There are three Master bedroom suites (one king and two queen), a twin bedroom, a double bedroom and double-over-double bunk bed room. Each bedroom has its own cable TV. Each Master suite has its own bathroom. The other bedrooms upstairs share a conveniently located full bathroom and there is a bathroom dedicated to pool use with a full shower.
