Holiday Weekends (Thanks/Xmas/New Years) $265/night 3 night min
Quiet Season Oct-May,$215/night 2 night minimum
$200 refundable deposit + 50% of rental fee to confirm reservation.
Balance due 10 days (2 weeks) prior to arrival.
No cancellations within 14 days of arrival unless we are able to re-book the dates
Cleaning Fee: $150 Price does not include 9.7% tax
