- Reasonable rates for a resort-style condo. Rates reduced in the summer or for week long rentals.
- Rates are much less than motels in the area and this condominium is fully equipped and furnished in a gated community. It includes two flat screen TVs with cable and internet, and an available printer for your computer. A washer and dryer is in the condo for use anytime. A cleaning fee of $60 will be charged at the end of each rental period. The condo will be cleaned professionally at the end of each rental period. Additional thorough cleaning is available for $60 per cleaning during a rental period if desired.
- To reserve the condominium, a deposit by check of one-half is needed to hold the dates, refundable up to 60 days before the rental period begins. The balance of the rental payment is to be paid by check sixty days before the rental begins. Payment by check or bank draft is requested for each rental, but a credit card and drivers license are required. The rental agreement will authorize payment by credit card of any additional cleaning, damage or breakage charges, charged at the actual cost.
