Mellen Cabin Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- From $75/nt - $584.99/wk US Dollars
- $75/nt ..$585/wk. (Weekly reservations June 15-Labor Day); Rates are for 4 occupants, additional people are $5/nt. Our week runs Saturday afternoon to Saturday morning. Check-in begins at 2:00 p.m. Check-out no later than 10:00 a.m. All applicable taxes apply. Deposit Policy: All reservations require a nonrefundable 25% deposit of the total reservation. Refunds are not given for early departures. Once your reservation is confirmed, you are responsible for the cost of the entire length of your stay (unless you cancel 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date-then only the 25% cancellation fee applies).Cancellation Policy: 25% cancellation fee charged for all cancellations. If it is necessary to cancel your reservation with less than 60 days to your arrival, call us as soon as possible, we will try to re-reserve the cabin. However, if cabin isn’t re-rented for reserved days, the original customer is responsible for the entire reservation total. (Additional cabin rentals available).
