We now use the property damage plan for $49. It is in place of the refundable $200 security deposit. So there's no tying up your money until after you vacation to get it back. It also offers you a worry free vacation!
The only extra is the $49 fee for the property damage protection plan. Cleaning and taxes are included.
No fee when using e-check as an easy payment method!

CANCELLATION POLICY: There will be no refunds once payment has been made UNLESS we can re-book for the same time frame. Every attempt will be made to re-book. A $100 fee will apply. - We now have a our very new, extremely romantic and comfortable studio that's available to rent for additional guests and is another rental option.
The studio has an open room concept, very tastefully decorated with an extra plush king bed, a gas fireplace, mini kitchen, Adirondack themed sofa and over sized chair and ottoman, 42' flat screen with over 200 channels Dish TV, wireless internet and a covered balcony that overlooks the river.
All that and priced at a very reasonable rate!

- Bed is made up with quality linens. The pillow top mattress with memory foam topper makes for an exceptionally comfortable nights sleep! All bedding including mattress pad, blankets and comforter are washed regularly. Just opened up 'The River Front Suite' above our garage for 2 extra guests. The brand new studio suite (open room concept) which has a 42' flat screen with over 200 Dish TV channels, stereo, wireless internet ,air conditioner, king bed, sofa and over-sized chair with ottoman. The mini kitchen has a microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, sink and refrigerator, and the spotless spacious bathroom has a corner stand up shower (no tub). You'll love spending time on the awesome balcony overlooking the river. All this with it's own private entry and so nicely decorated in Adirondack style. Please check it out on Home Away #965020
