Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Holiday weekends (Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day) will be an additional charge.
- Deposit required upon booking.
Security deposit $500. Renters are required to pay a $500 refundable deposit to hold reservation. The security deposit will be returned within 30 days and only after the cleaning/maintenance staff has declared that the home and the property of the home has been left in the same condition as prior to the rental.
