Drayton House Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $800-$1700/week; Please Call or email For Rates. Pets allowed for additional charge. Cancellations: Deposit less an Administrative fee of $100 refunded provided you cancel in writing thirty days prior to arrival & the unit is re-rented. If the unit is not re-rented, deposit will be forfeited. Off-season night rate available. Damage deposit of $100 will be refunded upon departure and unit inspection. $300.00 deposit required to reserve and balance due 30 days prior to check in. Cashiers checks, personal checks, and money orders accepted. Also quote off-season weekly rates. NO Motorcycles Allowed. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Dates available: Year Round
- Reservation Deposit required, Refundable Security/Damage Deposit collected prior to check-in. Off season less than week stay accepted. Long term winter rates available. Check in Saturday after 4:00 P.M.-check out Saturday prior to 10:00 A.M.
