- Cleaning is available for an additional cost during stay. Advance notice required. Cleaning charge for initial cleaning is included in the price. Pet fee is $150.00 for house broken dogs per week. Pet cleaning charge of $75.00 for small dog for stay. Additional charges may be incurred for special cleaning and/or repairs required for soils/damage caused by pets. A portion of the cleaning fee is refundable at the cleaners discretion for non-shedding breeds with no soils to clean in the house.
- Bring your own towels and linens, or we have laundered ones present for back up use; however it is the guest's responsibility to wash towels & bedding provided if they use them. Cleaners will wash all linens for a fee of $30.00 with prior notice. For peace of mind instead of a security deposit a non-refundable $49 Damage Protection Plan will be billed per stay!
