- Good dogs welcome but not on furniture (please). Security deposit for first time guests required-- held aside not cashed, returned after stay assuming all OK. Deck has really nice view and nice gas grill, patio furniture. Cleaning service is included and done by excellent professional service. Nice Linens/towels included. Washer/dryer and dishwasher. Nice new twin roll-away bed plus queen sleep sofa add to sleeping capacity.
