Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Get 10% off your booking for stays of 14 days or more OR a booked referral!
- Terms and Conditions:
1. A 20% deposit is required to secure a booking.
2. Stays booked for LESS THAN 7 DAYS will incur a $125 cleaning fee.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the Villa. Doing so may result in the loss of your security deposit
4. All prices quoted DO NOT include 12% Florida Tax.
5. There is a $200 refundable security/damage deposit.
