Grand Valley Lodge Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $500/night for 10 persons
- $500/night (minimum of 2 nights for up to 10 persons).
For groups over 10; additional $30 for each person first and second night; less for additional nights
Arrangements for any group must be made by a group coordinator.;
No charge for children under 2. Inquire about reduced rates for longer stays.
6% sales tax; 3% occupancy tax.;
$300 security deposit required.
Rates are calculated as follows:
Day 1 $500 for up to 10 guests; $30/day for each additional guest
Day 2 $500 for up to 10 guests; $30/day for each additional guest
Day 3 $400 for up to 10 guests; $25/day for each additional guest
Day 4 $400 for up to 10 guests; $25/day for each additional guest
Day 5 $300 for up to 10 guests; $20/day for each additional guest
Day 6 $300 for up to 10 guests; $20/day for each additional guest
Day 7 and beyond; $20/day per guest - During the winter season - December through May - alternative rental arrangements at lower rates can be negotiated for writers, composers, visual artists, and/or others engaged in creative activities. Flexible and extended time periods can be negotiated. Contact owners for details.
