Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

$500 Security Deposit holds reservation and is refundable 14 days after the end of stay.
Reservations can be made with Visa or MasterCard.
Full amount due 60 days prior to arrival, including $175 cleaning fee sent in the form of a bank cashier's check.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellations 90 days prior to scheduled arrival date or less, the deposit will be forfeited unless the property is re-booked for the same dates and rate. All other cancellations will be subject to a $100 fee.
