Punta Cana Studio Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Only the Daily rate information is based on 2 persons . Additional adult or child is $8 per night.
- The weekly and monthly rates are based on 1 to 4 persons stay. All daily and weekly rates INCLUDE electricity, taxes and the check-out cleaning fee...
The Monthly rate do NOT include electricity.
The standard rates above do not include holidays and special events.
Accept online payments from major credit cards or via PayPal (all are secured websites).
To confirm a reservation, payment is required. If you Cancel your vacation by notifying me via email or phone at least 14 days before your arrival you will get a full refund of your monies less a 5% handling fee.
If you choose to cancel less than 14 days before your arrival you will get a 60% refund of your monies.
I also accept payment by your US or Canadian bank via email money transfer.
Contact me immediately via email, phone or text if you have a cancellation.
Upon arrival at your studio you will need to make a security deposit of US$200 cash to cover any damages and this is refundable upon check out - You will be provided with an initial supply of fresh, clean towels, beach towels and linen. During your stay nobody will be cleaning your studio unless if you wish to have housekeeping services it is $60 per day for 1-2 guests, or $80 per day for 3-4 guests. This fee is optional and is available upon request.
If you wish to have a shuttle mini-van pick up from the airport it is $40 one way which seats 4 persons comfortably with luggage.(optional) Email me for further details as I will need your flight information.
If you wish to use the air-conditioned gym it is $16.00 per person during your entire stay. (optional)
