Rio Grande Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Cleaning Fee is $50.00 per visit
- - To confirm reservation a 50% deposit of stay is required
- Once reserved, balance plus cleaning fee due 30 days prior to arrival date.
- Paypal preferred payment method. Money Orders or checks accepted but these need to clear bank before acceptance. Credit card payment thru PayPal only.
- A $150.00 security deposit required that is refundable upon departure, subject to inspection.
- Check in time is 2:00PM and Check out is 10:00AM. If condo is not a changeover day, we will be fleixible with check in and check out times.
