• extra cleanings (during the week or daily) of the Villa’s or the Cottage's rooms: on request, at 15,00 Euro per hour
• extra changes (during the week or daily) of bed-linen (15 Euros per each bed) or towels (20 Euros per each bathroom. Please note that at this price we change the full set of towels in each bathroom)
• For guests staying 14 (or 21 nights): they are also obliged to pay the costs for changing all the bed-linens and towels used (15 Euros per each bed; 20 Euros per each bathroom, so for each full set of towels).
• Internet Wi-Fi: Euro 50 per week per unlimited usage
• Coffee-capsules for LAVAZZA espresso machine: Euro 0,80 each (1 capsule = 1 espresso).
• Heating costs (€ 400 for a week)
