Please note that we do not rent our townhouse for less than one week (seven nights).
Discounts are available for rentals of more than one month, particularly for longer-term rentals. We ask that all rentals include Homeaway's $49.00 damage insurance, which avoids sending a damage deposit and waiting for it's return. We accept credit card payments with a 2.5% processing fee.
To book your rental, we ask for a deposit of one-half of the rental rate for your stay, with the other half of the rental plus the cleaning fee and any other fees (e.g. City of Portland/County/State taxes of 12.5%, which are applicable to rentals of less than one month and/or credit card processing fees) due 30 days in advance of the first day of your rental. If the booking is made within 45 days of the first rental day, the full rental payment plus any fees/taxes are required in order to confirm your rental.
