The second bedroom, has a window, new high end queen size bed, and a TV with DVD player, and is located next to a half bath room. The third bedroom features a new luxurious double bed, desk and TV and is located next to a half bathroom. There is a double size sofa bed available for those that require extra sleeping space.

Notes: There is a large library full of all kinds of books, information on the area (including maps and brochures on attractions), DVDs, boards games, colouring books and activities for children and a picnic basket that is ready to go - all you need is the food! There is also a big screen TV with a selection of DVDs in the main living space as well as additional televisions in each bedroom. A/C is in the master bedroom only - for the very rare occassion that it may be needed as you are literally living above the waters of the North Atlantic. The deck features several chairs, seating area and tables, suitable for dining on while watching the whales or sailboat races pass by.
