- 4 Night Minimum for Weekdays
- Security Deposit of $250.00 Required for up to 2 weeks stay. $350 deposit for 14-30 days. $500 deposit for up to 30 days. Mandatory cleaning fee of $125 for stays 14 days or more. Long term rentals deposits are negotiable. Deposit will be returned within one week after checkout. Full payment is due 30 days prior to reservation. Weekend rate is for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property.

Cancellation Policy. Initial 1/2 deposit forfeited on all reservations. 1/3 on 10 day or more reservations. No refunds on cancellations of 30 days or less.
