• The booking deposit is 30% of the total rental price plus $250 (security deposit) will secure your reservation. The balance of your payment must be paid in full at least 6 weeks prior to arrival, or immediately, if your arrival is within 6 weeks. Payments are accepted by Money Orders or Paypal online banking, see www.paypal.com for details. Cancellations till 6 weeks prior to arrival will have a penalty of 30% of the booking + security deposit. Cancellations within 6 weeks prior to arrival or no shows will have a full penalty of the booking. There is a strict no smoking and no pets policy in vacation house
