Aguadilla Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Prices include taxes and check-out cleaning fees.
- Please contact us if you have any special requests that you would like to share or if the dates you are interested in for your stay show up as unavailable, as we always set up a waiting list in case of any cancellations.
Housekeeping service is available for an additional charge. Please let us know if you require this service at time of booking. - Booking Policy:
• All reservations require a Booking Deposit equal to 50% of the total rental price in order to confirm booking.
• A $500.00 Security Deposit plus the Balance of Rent are due 60 days before arrival.
• The Security Deposit is fully refundable within 10 days of check-out, subject to inspection of the penthouse.
Cancellation Policy:
• Reservations cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival are refundable and will be subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee.
• Reservations cancelled between 46 and 60 days prior to arrival are refundable and will be subject to a $500.00 cancellation fee, of which $250.00 will be applicable to a future reservation within one year, subject to availability. After this time, the $250.00 will be forfeited.
• Reservations cancelled between 31 and 45 days prior to arrival are refundable and will be subject to a $500.00 cancellation fee.
• Reservations cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit rent paid.

Ocean Bathroom: This relaxing full bathroom continues the ocean decorative line from the Ocean Bedroom. There is a shower/tub combination and a toilet. A contemporary sink mounted on a European-style cabinet complements this area.

- Tropical Master Bedroom: Enjoy a spacious and luxurious master bedroom with a tropical-elegant design. A beautiful king-sized wenge bamboo pillar bed with curtains serves as centerpiece, coupled with an extremely comfortable Serta mattress and a decorative area rug in front. You will find plenty of storage space in a wenge bamboo dresser with mirror and a chest. There are 2 wenge bamboo nightstands, each with its own lamp. This room also has a walk-in closet where you can store any additional personal belongings, enjoys an excellent view of Crash Boat beach, and has decorative curtains with blackout shades. All features and decorative accents create the perfect atmosphere for a pleasant stay and is highly recommended for honeymooners or just a romantic getaway. Ocean Bedroom: This room has a relaxing ocean-themed decoration, coupled with a double + twin bunk bed with Serta mattresses. It has a dresser, an area rug, and a sliding mirror closet with a chest inside.
