Ocean Drive Beach House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Please contact owner for rates and availability.
- Winter rates: Weekly-525; Monthly rates are available. Nov. 1 until Easter Week
Spring rates: Weekly-$800 except for Easter week & Memorial Day Week which is $900. Spring Dates are April 1, 2011-May 31, 2011.
Summer rates: Weekly-$1200 except for 4th of July week, which is $1300 per week. Summer dates are June 1, 2011-thru Labor Day Week.
Fall rates: Weekly-800; Monthly rates are available. Fall dates after Labor Day until Oct. 31.
These rates are with the renter agreeing to clean the house ready for the next renter. If they prefer not to clean then anextra $150 will be charged.
Also a minimum of $200 security deposit is required.
