Palm Cove House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 500 dollar damage deposit is required and returned 7 to 10 days following departure and inspection.
- 100 dollar non refundable pet fee.
deposit required in order to secure dates and full payment required 14 days prior to arrival.
cancellations must be made 14 days prior to arrival to insure full refund.
3.5% charge is added when using a credit card
We do except personal checks and money orders
750 dollar damage deposit for renters under age 25. - Stay any 4 nights in August for only 200 per night plus 150 cleaning fee.
Stay any 4 nights from September 4th to September 30th for only 150 per night plus 150 cleaning fee
We also have a 4 bedroom 3.5 Bath home on same street for 215 per night plus 175 cleaning fee and 500 damage deposit with any 4 night stay in august or 165 per night with any 4 night stay from september 4th to september 30th plus 175 cleaning fee. If interested I can send pictures.
