- A 50% deposit of rental fee is required to reserve property. The remainder of the rental fee + tax + security deposit is required 3 months prior to occupancy.
Cancellation prior to 90 days of occupancy with will receive full refund. If cancellation is after 90 days prior to occupancy, refund will depend on owner getting rental for that period of time. If owner can only get a rental at a reduced rate - the refund will be prorated.
A cleaning fee of $225.00 will be charged within a $400.00 deposit. Tenant is required to leave property in the condition they found it. If property is left in disarray - remainder of $400.00 security deposit will not be refunded... Otherwise remainder of deposit ($400 dollars less cleaning fee of $225 dollars) will be refunded within 3 weeks of departure.
