- We could have put a number higher than 20 but let's not get silly and put an army in the house. We want everyone to be comfortable and the house to be safe. Five of the bedrooms are normal with bathrooms and closets. The other two rooms were originally designed to be a movie theater and a fitness center but we've converted them into bedrooms. There are two half baths that can be used by those guests.
