Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Security deposit of $300 required 1-2 weeks before stay. Check below for cancellation information.
- 2-4 weeks-50% refund. 2 weeks or less--refund is forfeited.
Sat to Sat rental cycle are the normal.
Check- in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am.
Guest reserving property must be over the age of 25.
NOTE: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
HOLIDAY RATES apply for NEW YEARS, EASTER, MEMORIAL DAY, JULY 4TH, LABOR DAY, THANKSGIVING AND CHRISTMAS. - Credit cards allowed. A 4% fee added.

For CANCELLATIONS more than 3 weeks in advance, we refund deposit less a $25 handling fee. FOR cancellations under 3 weeks, we charge for the stay and issue a certificate of use good within a year. (ADVANCE reservation for use of certificate required.)
