Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- VT State tax of 9% is required on all rentals
No Cleaning Fee under normal circumstances - $150 security deposit will be refunded upon property inspection (Additional $50 security deposit if you plan to use/transport canoe and/or kayak. However there is no additional fee for use.)
