- Early or late check-in or check-out based upon availability $50 fee applies to both ends. Cleaning fee is $105 per booking or $150 for bookings of 30 days or more. $200 cancellation fee from day of booking up to day of arrival. TRAVEL INSURANCE RECOMMENDED. No refunds or changes after arrival. No refunds if your stay includes any American Holiday. Bookings based upon first pay first booked. Add $20 if paying by check or cash. Standby travelers receive no refunds. Rates are higher for less than minimum nights stay. Two week minimum stay for Christmas and New Year, reservation must include both holidays. One month minimum for peak season (January – March), preference goes to all three months. Prices and policies subject to change without notice.
