100% refund with a 30 day notice of cancellation before arrival date.
50% refund with a 15 day notice of cancellation before arrival date.
If you wish to cancel reservation within 14 days of arrival date, there will be no refund of Reservation Deposit unless the property is re rented.

$100 deposit required at check in.
Deposit will be returned upon checkout if there is no damage.
