It is not necessary to heat the spa from May to September as the water is very warm but the option is available upon request.
BBQ rental is available upon request for an additional charge of $35-$50 depending on the length of stay.
All rates are subject to Florida county and state taxes totalling 12% and are subject to change until confirmed. - To reserve/book our home, a minimum Booking Deposit in the amount of $100.00 US is required (depending on length of stay and other conditions the amount may be increased to $250.00 US or more).
This Booking Deposit is applied to the total rental cost, the remainder of which is due 90 days prior to your reservation arrival. If the reservation/booking is made within 90 days of the reservation arrival date, then payment in full must be made at the time of the reservation/booking.
A $250.00 US security deposit is required when making final payment.
Payment methods: cheque, money order, Visa, Mastercaard and credit card via PayPal.
All rates are subject to Florida county and state taxes totalling 12% and are subject to change until confirmed.
