- After Staying at other rental properties I learned that charging extra fees, hidden fees, taxes, and anything else they can come with just confused and irritated me. So that's why i am proud to announce no fees just flat rates. And there is also no reason to hike up prices just for holidays. My bank dose not charge me more for holidays why should I charge you more?? the only fee i charge is for a dog. I have to do this to be fair because not everyone brings their puppy with them. but a low 35 dollar pet fee just helps with the extra cleaning and wear and tear on the floors and such.
