- Pontoon Boat is available to rent seperately. It is available only for those renting the cottage, please. The boat is a 2010 Suntracker Partybarge 20ft, with a 60hp Mercury outboard. Seats 8 adults (180lbs) comfortably. Can tow small kids (under 13) on one of the inflatables we provide; also has fishing seats on bow and cushioned lounger on the stern. Picture on this webpage is of the actual boat for rent. It's kept in excellent condition, and we provide the gasoline.
Boat Rental Rates will be quoted individually and will include all gasoline. - Weekly rate is for a 6 or 7 night stay. Renter's choice, same price.

- There is a sun room off the master suit that could easily accommodate a pop-up portable crib. The master suite and twin room with pull out trundle bed that sleeps 2 are both on the main level. Downstairs on the lake level is the Queen bedroom and another twin room that sleeps two. The house sleeps 8 people very comfortably. We do not rent to groups over 8 people unless the extra people are small children. This is not negotiable.
