Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- To reserve this condo we need two items: a signed rental agreement and a $250. reservation deposit. This deposit is included as part of your rent. The balance payment is due no later than 60 days prior to check in. If rental period is less than 60 days out the full amount is due up front.
We accept personal checks sent by mail at no extra charge. n-line payments are accepted through Intuit with your bank checking or savings info and routing number. Credit card payments are accepted on-line with a 3% service fee.
Up to two well behaved small to medium size dogs are welcome with a $100. pet fee. What's a vacation without the whole family! We ask that you pick up after your dog so please bring some plastic bags! - Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday during the summer months
Rates include towels, linens, beach chairs, umbrella, boggie boards, and a beach cooler.
Rates are subject to change. Reservations are taken on a first come, first serve basis. Must be 25 years old to rent.
