Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Owner is not responsible for snow removal. Trash must taken with you upon departure or placed in the cans underneath the deck in gate area for the owner to dispose of.
Garage is not included in the rental, no use of the garage is permitted
For bookings:
Our minimum age to rent is 25. A photo copy of your license is required.
A 50% deposit is required to book your reservation. The balance + a $75 cleaning fee is due no later than 14 days prior to check in.
