Jupiter Townhome Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Peak/Winter Season: US$3250/month
- Summer Season: US$2750/month
Christmas period Decemberr 15 to January 6 $2500 per week - A deposit equal to 1/3 of the total rental amount will be required upon confirmation of each booking; as well, a US$1500 security deposit will be required with each booking to cover the cost of any damage, etc. which will be refunded in full within 10 business days following checkout, net of any costs. Payment in full of the balance covering the entire rental period will be due within 30 days prior to arrival. All payments are to be received by way of wire transfer to a specified account, such information to be provided upon booking confirmation.
For long term rental periods of 6 mos or more, please contact owner for further details. Rates for long term rental may consist of flat rate plus all utilities or an all in rate.
