A security deposit between $1,000 to $1,750 will be requested for summer rentals by week or weekend and will be returned with no damages made to the home and no excess utility usage. Any damages or excess utility usage will be deducted from security and the remainder of security returned in these cases. A $300 exit cleaning fee must also be paid prior to getting the keys to the home.

Additional Family Room on other side of 2nd floor contains a server Bar, DVD movie library, 40inch TV plus DVD player and additional seating plus sliding doors to a fiberglass deck.
Master Bedroom has access to two fiberglass decks on each side. A small Trex deck & covered porch is located off the rear 1st floor while the front has a small covered porch with exterior ceiling fan.
A $250.00 housekeeping fee will be deducted from security for housekeeper cleaning after your vacation is over. My housekeeper is also available for additional housecleaning if desired during your stay at your cost
