- A ninety (90) day notice is required for cancellation and a 100% refund of the deposit. Cancellations/changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60-90 days of the arrival date, forfeit 50% of the deposit. No refunds within 60 days unless we are able to re-book exact days.
