Fairplay Cabin Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Cleaning fee range: $100 for up to four persons, $125 for 5-6 persons and $150 for 7-8 persons
- Rates are for up to 6 people. Additional $10 per person per night for 7th and 8th guests;
Rates quoted above reflect 7th night free with week long stay; (not valid during holidays) - $250 Security/Damage Deposit due at time reservation is made;
Half of total due 60 days prior to arrival with full amount due within 14 days of arrival;
Payment by check; Online credit card payment accepted, may be subject to 2.5% fee.
Cancellations within 45 days will forfeit advanced payment.
