Comfort Estate Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $599 - $1199 night
- $599 night (main house only - sleeps a maximum of 4 persons in 2 luxurious ensuite bedrooms). Entire property is $1199 per night. Our private chef prepares outstanding cuisine at prices no higher than a fine restaurant.
Add 1 or both luxury casitas (ensuite) for only $300 each per night to accommodate up to 12 total guests (max). (Note that we don't rent just the casitas so either way you go, you'll have ultimate privacy.)
Chef and catering available (required for more than 12 persons).
50% non-refundable deposit; 50% 10 days before 1st night of your stay. Check-in 5:30 p.m.; check-out 11 a.m.
Pool heated at extra charge - $250 per day ($750 minimum), from May 1 to October 1 (heating of the pool is not available from October 1 to April 30. Spa (hot tub) operated at extra charge.
Notes: Absolutely no hunting or shooting permitted; no bachelor/bachelorette gatherings or the like. Tax (6%) not included. Rates are based on a maximum of 12 guests. - We guarantee that VRBO/HomeAway rates are our lowest.
