- The house rents with one, two or three bedrooms. Check rates above.
- Unrented rooms WILL NEVER be rented to other parties. You will have the house to yourself regardless.
PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE POWER. A deposit of $100 per week will be asked for on arrival, in addition to the damage deposit. On completion of stay, power will be charged or refunded according to meter readings.
RENTAL RATES ARE FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. Extra fees may apply for other arrival/departure dates.
Weekends are Friday to Sunday (2 nights). Weekends only up for reservation 3 weeks prior to arrival date.
Weekend rates are for one bedroom. For extra bedrooms, add $75 per room per night. - 50% deposit is required to make a reservation.
Full payment is required a month before arrival.
Damage deposit ($600) is fully refundable at departure. Villa must be in excellent condition.
Damage deposit will be handed cash on arrival or sent with payment a month before arrival.
Power deposit ($100/week) will be handed in cash on arrival. (see above).
We offer an optional NO-CASH damage deposit plan, available for $50 extra. Please ask.
