Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Cleaning fees are included, if the reservation is 7 nights or more.
If the reservation is 6 nights or less a cleaning fee of $410 will be charged.
Optional Pool heating is $280 per week.
$60 villa damage insurance.
Saturday to Saturday reservations are preferred.
Holiday periods include Christmas, New Year, Easter and Thanksgiving.
Hotel service mid stay cleaning $125.
Full mid stay cleaning $210. - If you would like to reserve this villa, please contact us via the online enquiry form or contact us direct by email or by telephone.
A booking deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking, the remaining balance is due 12 weeks prior to arrival.
If you book within 12 weeks of your arrival date, the full balance is required at the time of booking.
Once you confirm you would like to secure a villa, we will send you an electronic reservation form. Just complete the form with your personal details and choose your preferred method of payment and the villa is secured for you.
We accept all major credit / debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express (4% Fee), Maestro and Solo. PayPal, Personal Checks and Bank Transfers are also accepted.
We accept payments in US Dollars or British Pounds.
