Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates do not include 13% taxes.
Pool heat is an additional $30 per night or $199/wk
Cleaning fee of $120 will apply for stay less than 7 nights. Discount available for longer stay.
Deposits: US$300 deposit is required upon Rental Agreement execution. Full deposit will be returned to renter within one week after vacation rental if no damages.
Checking In is by door code, You can check in anytime after 4PM. Go straight to the home
