Rio Grande Apartment Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Minumum stay negotiable. Please inquire.
- Credit cards, money orders, or checks are accepted. If using a credit card please add 5% to the total.
A $200 reservation and security deposit is required. If we receive cancellation notice one month before rental date, this deposit is fully refunded. If we can re-rent the place, the deposit is fully refunded. (We're trying to be as fair as possible).
We realize that accidents happen. If nothing is damaged beyond normal wear and tear, deposit if fully refunded.
Payment in-full expected before 1st day of stay. If you are staying more than a month long, then we can work out a payment plan. - Extra $100/ week and $15/ day is allotted for holiday weeks. Holiday weeks include Christmas/Hanukka, New Years, Thanksgiving, and Easter.
Check in time is at 3:00 PM and check out time is at 11:00 AM.

- Bathroom newly renovated in June 2010. Decent water pressure; built in hot water (as opposed to having to plug in hot water heater). There is plenty of room in shower (even enough for two people at once!). Also there is a lot of shelf space in the bathroom to store your toiletries.

- The bedroom always has ample closet space with an overhead space for large luggage on top of the closet. Hangers, ironing board, and iron are provided. There is a Queen size, pillow-top bed with both king size and queen size pillows. Linens are always fresh. Shelf-style headboard if you like to read at night. There is also shelves to store clothes. The bedroom also has an air conditioner that cools the room down to perfection without making noise. Finally, there is Direct TV if you just like to relax by watching a movie or TV show.
