Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- September - June:
3 bedroom rate $600 USD per week or $2,200 USD per month & $100 USD Extra Day
4 bedroom rate $750 USD per week or $2,7500 USD per month & $140 USD Extra Day
Christmas vacations(15 dec-5 jan):
3 bedroom rate $750 USD per week & $125 USD Extra Day
4 bedroom rate $1000 USD per week & $170 USD Extra Day
July & August:
$9,000 USD per month
Holy & Easter weeks:
$2,800/$3,500 USD 2 weeks - A deposit is required at reservation with balance due 30 to 60 days
prior to occupancy. Check-in 3:00 PM Check-out 11:00 AM
Optional: extra fee of $50 usd a week for each for air conditioning

If your group is small, 6 or less people you can have a great deal because I will rent you only 3 bedrooms for a reduced rate.
