- Villa Mas Figueres is available to rent all year round: for a fortnight, a week, a few days within the week or just for a weekend. Prices quoted are for the rental of the entire property and are in Euros all inclusive and without any hidden charges.
Weekly bookings in the months of June, July and August run from Sunday to Sunday. In the rest of the year weekly periods are flexible.
Weekend periods run from Friday to Sunday. Additional days, when booking long weekends, have a special discounted price.
We ask for a deposit of 20 % to confirm the booking. Balance is due one month before your arrival. A refundable damage deposit of 200 Euros is to be paid in cash at clients arrival and will be returned on check-out day. Guests are requested to arrive no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 10 am. After receiving your request we will send you, within a few short hours, an e-mail responding to your questions and a file containing the Holiday Booking Conditions.
After confirmation a rental contract will be signed by both parties to formalize the reservation.
On request, and for a competitive price we offer our clients:
Maid service for cooking, extra cleaning or general domestic assistance. Meals cooked with fresh ingredients, invoiced at their cost and served by our own professional cooks result in an average price per person of from 8 to 10 Euros.
