Reservation is confirmed upon receipt of one-half of the rent and the signed lease.
The second half of the rental fee plus a security deposit of $300 is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival. A $100 cleaning fee is deducted from the returned security deposit after your stay
The tenant doing a multi-week rental has the option to waive the cleaning and cost for the saturday between multiple week rentals. So if you rent for two weeks, you can save money by not having the cleaner come in during the middle saturday.
