Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Booking Conditions:
- Villa La Belladona is available to rent all year round: for a fortnight, a week, a few days within the week or just for a weekend. Prices quoted are for the rental of the entire property and are in Euros all inclusive and without any hidden charges.
Weekly bookings in the months of June, July and August run from Saturday to Saturday. In the rest of the year weekly periods are flexible.
Weekend periods run from Friday to Sunday. Additional days, when booking long weekends, have a special price.
We ask for a deposit of 20 % to confirm the booking. Balance is due one month before your arrival.
A refundable damage deposit of 200 Euros is to be paid in cash at clients arrival and will be returned on check-out day. Guests are requested to arrive no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 10 am.
