This 7 year old townhome located only 2 blocks from the beach/boardwalk. It is just a short walk to many restaurants and attractions. There are three levels of living in this reverse style home. The first level has two bedrooms (one with full size bed and the other with a twin daybed with twin size pull-up trundle) and a bathroom with stall shower. The second level, with cathedral ceilings, is where the living/dining and kitchen areas are. A sun deck with table and chairs is just off the living room area. The third level (loft) Master suite extends the width of the house and has a queen size bed with tv and half bath/powder room.
