Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Base rate includes up to 6 guests. Additional rate of $15 per person, per night applies to party sizes ranging from 7 - 12 in all seasons.
Winter rate from October - April is $280 per night.
Summer rate from May - September is $320 per night.
$81 off promo rate of $199 extended from November 2011 - February 2012
