Basye House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $300-$375/night (2 night min some weekends) .. approx. $1250/week
3 night minimum on premium weekends like 4th July, Labor Day, Xmas- TAX & DEPOSITS: 2 night minimum at ALL TIMES. Additional 11% applied to rental total for tax and handling. $400 deposit required on home.
You must either put down a damage deposit on house, OR you can purchase a renters short term insurance policy that will cover deposits for you, and for pets, if you are bringing any, rather than putting down damage deposits. But you must do one of the other.
CLEANING: your rental fee includes cleaning, but it is your responsibility to keep the house clean during your stay. Renters who leave house excessively dirty will be charged fees deducted from deposits!
PET POLICIES: Additional pet damage deposit ($275 per pet) and additional cleaning fee ($35 non-refundable) for pets; WE DO NOT PROVIDE SHEETS AND TOWELS IF YOU BRING A PET.
