Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $500/night (two-night minimum stay required). Weekly peak $3500.
- An additional two night deposit is required.
This deposit will be fully refundable 4 to 5 weeks after departure so long as there are no damages or long distance phone calls.
8 week cancellation necessary for deposit refund.
A 6% sales tax will be added in addition.
Standard cleaning fee $150. May be deducted. - Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
